Before starting Colltec Laboratories David was a Consulting Director, Strategic Consultant, and Business Change Programme Director specialising in large business transformation programmes; as a result he has over 30 years experience in helping organisations to grow and prosper by making use of his strengths in coaching, mentoring, and troubleshooting and by utilising his experience in business. He is now bringing these skills to his role as Chairman of Colltec Laboratories.
|Pupinder S Ghatora MPharm, MRPharmS
Pupinder has been involved in the pharmaceutical industry for over 10 years, winning a number of national awards for his work in pharmacy. He has been a consultant in product development for a number of large pharmaceutical companies and also writes by invitation for a number of pharmaceutical publications on both clinical and business development matters.
Stirling Murray is the founder and Managing Director of The Red Tree, the UK’s leading beauty industry consultancy, and has over thirty five years experience in the market. Prior to 2006 he held UK and international Board roles including Sales and Distribution Director at Rimmel (Unilever) growing revenue from £19M to £45M, and UK Sales Director for Estée Lauder. As Director General Europe for Bourjois, a division of Chanel, he led the business across six international markets managing a head count of over 100 and sales of £50M. Before this he built Bourjois’s UK turnover from £2.5m to £15.0m in less than five years, turning a loss making subsidiary into the groups’ most profitable business.
Stirling has an extensive network of contacts in the international beauty sector and is the founder of The Beauty Symposium, a yearly seminar. He is a frequent speaker at international beauty and spa events. He has lectured in Marketing at the London College of Fashion and was a member of their Industry Advisory Panel.
|Professor Luigi Gino Martini
Professor Martini is a registered practicing Industrial Pharmacist and a Fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. He divides his time between the Pharmaceutical Industry and King’s College London as a Visiting Professor in Pharmaceutical Innovation, after having held the Chair in Pharmaceutical Innovation at King’s for 5 years. Prior to that Gino spent over 17 years working at GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals in a variety of Commercial and Innovative Technology based roles, directing groups in the US and Europe. Gino has a MBA specializing in SME success and business failure awarded with Distinction from the University of Liverpool; is Chair of the Industrial Pharmacists Group of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society; a member of the ABPI Academic Network; and, in 2016, was appointed a Fellow of the European Industrial Pharmacists Group.
